Restaurant Marc Fosh awarded Michelin Star for the 5th year in a row
British chef Marc Fosh has been awarded a Michelin Star for the fifth consecutive year at his Palma based restaurant in the new Michelin Guide for Spain & Portugal 2020.
Kent born Fosh began his culinary career at London’s Greenhouse restaurant and has been living and working in Spain since 1991.
In 2002, he became the first and only British Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star in Spain at Reads Hotel, Mallorca.
He opened his eponymous Marc Fosh restaurant in 2009. Located in Palma’s Hotel Convent de la Missió where contemporary design, blends seamlessly with traditional features and modern art it is now the city’s premiere culinary destination.
Marc has just released his fabulous new Autumn & Winter Flavours from Mallorca video in collaboration with Mallorcan photographer Nando Esteva Medina.
Marc’s first cookery book was recently published entitled Modern Mediterranean: Sun-drenched recipes from Mallorca and beyond. The book takes us on a tour of the bountiful produce of the Mediterranean and shows us how to harness its flavours in new and exciting ways.
