From street level the low key entrance leads pass the foyer and reception area to the lift and one of the buildings original, curvaceous tiled staircases. The hotel continues on the second floor where the restaurant, bar and lounge areas lead out on to two stylish terraces overlooking the Paseo del Borne.
On the third floor there is a massage and beauty treatment room whilst on the top floor there is a solarium terrace and relaxation area, plunge pool and an observation tower from which there are wonderful panoramic views over the rooftops to the Cathedral and the Bay of Palma beyond.

Tip: Fancy a swim? Take a 3k stroll around the bay to trendy Portixol, meaning ”port and sun” in the local Mallorquin dialect, with it’s small, curved sandy beach, a good selection of eateries and a relaxed, beachy vibe. Here you will find some great fish and seafood restaurants, and excellent tapas places.
ART, DECORATION & DESIGN
This former 19th century manor house was built on the site of a 15th century gothic palace and has been completely renovated whilst maintaining much of the style and elegance of the original building. A project undertaken by the businessman Miguel Conde Moragues and his architect wife Cristina Martí Crespí.
The interior decoration throughout combines natural materials, subdued lighting and contemporary art, transforming the common areas of the hotel into a calm and cool refuge in summer and a relaxed and cosy environment in winter.
