One Restaurant in Mallorca listed in Top 10 quirky Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels

Bou Restaurant has been listed in the The Staff Canteen’s recent top 10 quirky Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels.

Bou Restaurant is the gastronomic experience led by Tomeu Caldentey. The team, with Andrés Benítez as Head Chef and Manuel Pérez, as Dining-room Manager, offers a unique sensory journey for a concise group of diners.
