One Restaurant in Mallorca listed in Top 10 quirky Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels
Bou Restaurant has been listed in the The Staff Canteen’s recent top 10 quirky Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels.
Bou Restaurant is the gastronomic experience led by Tomeu Caldentey. The team, with Andrés Benítez as Head Chef and Manuel Pérez, as Dining-room Manager, offers a unique sensory journey for a concise group of diners.
The Staff Canteen is the UK’s leading networking website for chefs.
They said: “In the Mediterranean Sea, chef owner Tomeu Caldentey’s Bou was the first Majorcan restaurant to earn a Michelin star. Here dinner is not just time spent at a table, nor is it any regular restaurant experience. Dinner at Bou is an invitation to head chef Andrés Benítez’s kitchen to sit and chat. Be served by the chefs with small nibbles prepared right in front of you. At the table, take a seat with no preconceived ideas – you’re in for a surprise.”
