New Reflections
Well here we are, it’s a new year, new country, new house, new life!
It has been a while since I posted anything on the internet, so bear with!
Over the last few years I’ve moved from being a humble blogger, to travel writing for a number of International travel websites, to creating and editing an expat information and travel website that became one of my passions for the last few years whilst living in Italy. Now my wife and I find ourselves on a new adventure on the Mediterranean Island of Mallorca and in a new country Spain.
Some six months ago we left our home in Italy and made the journey to Mallorca to look for a new home and be closer to many members of our family. We have toured the island from top to bottom, viewed lots of properties as well as met numerous estate agents, some good, some bad and some completely lacking intelligence or professionalism. Despite that, we have found our new home, moved in and are happily installed. Gradually we are meeting our new neighbours and making new friends. It has been a stressful, funny, tiring and at times a bizarre transition from the hills of Piemonte in Italy to the island of Mallorca, but we are here now and looking forward to our new life.
Mallorca Reflections will follow on from where my Italian Reflections left off. I wish my friends, real and virtual, in the Italian Reflections Group all the best and welcome them to my new reflections.
To those of you, you know who you are!, who have been a part of this journey and helped us along the way, may I say a sincere thank you to you all.
Adrian

Hi Adrian and Sandy. Glad to see you are all settled in your new country. You’ll feel very at home with some of the family nearby. Keep in touch and I look forward to reading your blog. Can we join the Mallorca Reflections if we are in Italy?!?!?!? Have a good week. Heather
Glad to hear you have found your new home and have settled in. Enjoy Kerrie
