Mallorca is named as one of 3 “Foodie havens off the beaten track” by MoneyWeek the U.K.’s best selling financial magazine.
They say: “A gastronomic safari among wineries and olive mills, fruit and vegetable growers, restaurants, and producers of such celebrated local foods as the pimentón-spiced sausage sobrasada, left me in no doubt that Mallorca has “embarked on a process of culinary self-discovery”, says Paul Richardson in the FT. That the Balearic island boasts a combined seven Michelin stars, of which three are held by “born-and-bred Mallorquín chefs”, is a sign of how far Mallorca has come.”
