The Deia Olive Press, ‘a blog with a view’, is the blog of Charles Marlow, an independent estate agency set in the stunning village of Deia on the West Coast of Mallorca.

Written and edited by David Holzer who lives in Mallorca, has been coming to Deia for around twenty years and has strong ties to the village.

A freelance writer for many years, David is the author of a number of books and magazine articles. He is fascinated by the remarkably rich cultural history of Deia, from Robert Graves to the present day, and is currently researching and writing a book on the subject.
